About Sabin
My name is Sabin Katuwal. I have been playing the flute and Bansuri since last 10 years. I love the sound of the flute and the emotion it can evoke. This is what led me to learn, collaborate, express and explore more about this instrument.
Over the years, I have gained significant experience in flute performance and improvisation in different music styles more importantly Jazz and Indian Classical music. Other than that, I have been teaching students from various parts of the world. During this teaching process, one thing has always stayed in the core of my heart and that is "Progress of the students". I believe a student's progress not only motivates me to teach but also gives me a responsibility to offer more, and deliver a great education.

My lessons focus on various aspects of flute playing which includes the fundamentals of playing the flute, Sound, Finger techniques, Rhythm studies, Improvisation and many more. I also focus on the variation of music repertoire since, your personal interests are important. For addressing this, I offer lessons based on your specific desire in different genres of music such as Indian Classical, folk, Jazz, Brazillian and Western classical music.
