About the lesson

I am a professional teacher of Italian as a foreign language. I have a DITALS qualification, which means that I have been accredited by University of Siena to teach Italian as a second language. I have a masters degree in English and Arabic. I studied French (at Univeristy) for 2 years and Spanish for one year. At the moment I am learning Russian. I have been teaching Italian since 2014 and I have always taught adults. Prior to 2014 I had been teaching for around 10 years Arabic and English. I started my career in 2014 teaching groups of immigrants. Then I got the DITALS qualification and I started working for a big association with an international student body hosting students from all over the world. There, in 2014 I had a class of 10 students, in 2015 and 2016 a class of 18 students. Both classes were level B1. In Sept 2015 I started working in a school of Italian with small groups and providing one-to-one classes (from level A1 to B2). Moreover, I currently have long-term private students that started with me in 2014. I can offer language lessons, tutoring, preparation for exams, conversation practice, subjects such as literature, etc. I appreciate a relaxed atmosphere with patience and humour because this is the most enjoyable and effective way of learning! I prepare every lesson individually depending on your needs and interests including flexible teaching methods.
