About Inés

I am from Madrid. I was born, raised, and spent most of my life there.

I started giving Spanish lessons in Brazil, where I lived for 5 years. It was there that I fell in love with sharing knowledge about my native language, culture, and customs. Language is closely related to culture and I never overlook it in the context of teaching.

Now I have 6 years of experience giving private Spanish lessons and I love it, because it's always a new experience. I love learning about my students' life contexts in conversations and developing new strategies to make easier their learning process.

I’m Inés and my passion as well as my profession is teaching the Spanish language. I’ve been doing this since 2017 and students from over 12 countries such as the Netherlands, the United States, Brazil, and Poland have participated in my classes. I believe that everyone can learn Spanish regardless of age or where they come from.

The most important thing is the right approach and adaptation to the student’s needs. Some want to learn more colloquial language, phrases, and funny sayings, while others aim to read Cervantes in the original. To both, I have a wide range of exercises and different teaching methods to offer.
