About Daisy
I'm a software engineer with 5 years professional experience. I'm very passionate about teaching and helping people understand programming better. My teaching style is run to your pace, but I do like to go slow and make sure everything I've taught makes sense. I try to use examples that you will relate to and believe there is never a stupid question.
Throughout my career I have mentored students in Sydney bootcamps, while also mentoring in the workplace. I've run workshops and helped organise coding events, while also speaking internationally at conferences.

I have 5 years industry experience, working in companies such as Google and international experience working in London for a year.
Throughout my 5 years in my industry I have:
- Mentored students at General Assembly.
- Run workshops in the Sydney community.
- Given talks internationally.
I enjoy breaking down problems and explaining things so that anyone can understand.
I'm happy to teach coding from the ground up. Or as well help out with individual bugs you might have with your code.
I also specialise in Creative Coding (making art using code) and am happy to incorporate this into lessons if you'd like.
