Ex South African JKA/Shotokan Champion 1999-2002, 2nd Dan blackbelt. Free State Cricketer U18 1999-2003. Grew up in sports, had a span of sports ranging from track to field. Long Distance running experience for over 8 years as well. Lots of training teqniques to optimize time spent and lessen energy usage
