I'm a coworker of Rachel's at the engineering firm she works at. Rachel is incredibly bright and is able to solve challenging engineering problems daily. She also manages projects very effectively as she is able to stay organized and motivate members of her team. The most relevant aspect of Rachel's work to tutoring, however, would be her ability to mentor and teach younger employees and co-op students. A lot of bright people struggle to impart their knowledge onto others, but Rachel does a great job explaining things clearly and taking the time to help them learn. You can see she really cares about ensuring everyone does their best, which I think would make her an exceptional tutor.
