About Skye
I've known I wanted to be a psychologist for many years, and I love research in psychology, especially social psychology! I'm a dedicated student as well, and I love taking electives in different fields that overlap with psychology, such as the psychological impacts of climate change or political psychology.
When I'm not working or focusing on school, I like to strength train - as a healthy body fosters a healthy mind. I also enjoy hiking and spending time reconnecting with nature!

My lessons are mainly catered to high school and university students who are struggling to understand psychological concepts, history in psychology (including historical figures/fathers of psychology), and applications/implications! I also help with writing assignments and research papers, whether it's formatting or helping with wording the paper.
What sets me apart is my dedication to expand your psychological knowledge, not only do I want you to understand the concepts for your class, but I want to help you understand it in applicable ways! Sometimes it's easy to understand what a concept is, but not be able to contextualize it. By providing examples and using visual learning methods, as well as providing extra examples of previous research to help you understand what we as psychologists know about a given topic, you will 100% succeed in whatever topic you're hoping to understand better!
