I am a self-confident and dedicated, self-improving type of person, working towards developing my training skills in a professional environment where growing professionally.

I have been working as an Admission Officer and Academic Assistant, tutoring SOL classes and L3 HR classes occasionally in Higher Education, both in Scholars School System and Oxford Business College and this experience has been given me the opportunity to up-skill myself and learn about the Higher Education programs and how these programs apply to every day life of students with different educational background and I like the opportunity every student has by being able to access these programs. Working in the Higher Education sector has shaped my way of thinking and has turned me into the person I am today.

Working as a Corporate trainer within Yazaki Component Technology Arad, Romania empowered my training skills in the automotive branch but mostly developed my analytical thinking, the passion for soft skills in an adult environment and also trained me to be opened to new challenges along the way.

My teaching experience (English and Romanian) for the last 8 years has helped me to identify the students' needs at different levels and to improve my teaching skills as well. I have tried to use a teacher-friendly kind of approach mostly because I do believe in learning for pleasure and learning with passion. I must say teaching is a challenging profession and it has brought a lot of joy in my life. If you are lucky enough to find a professional environment and motivated students that is not only a job but a lifestyle.

At highschool and university too, the expectations was very high, but she was the only one who put my needs before hers. We started to work together, and at the first lesson, she was kind and understanding, made me understand the English language very good, by explaining me every detail with examples and exercises. All this lessons helped me to pass my exams and to be capable to read and understand English language, speaking or reading.
