I love swimming and sharing the skills with anyone who loves swimming too. Swimming helps you physically and mentally. It also connects your body to the earth and releases tension and stress. I teach all levels and all styles, including learn-to-swim programs, and advanced levels, freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly styles.
