About Sarah

I have taught in secondary schools in Hampshire and Surrey for over 30 years, teaching French, German and English.
I have worked as a Head of Department for Modern Languages and as Assistant Curriculum Leader for MFL for over 20 years.
I have also taught English up to Cambridge Proficiency Level in Greece at a private school and in France.
I have taught private lessons.

About the lesson

I prepare lessons according to individual need and interest. My approach is to work with the student in a multi-faceted way. I am aware of different learning styles, students with SEND requirements and guiding students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
I have sound knowledge of exam board criteria and can offer tips and advice for success in exams.
