About Manpreet

Hi! I'm a qualified B.Ed. graduate with a deep passion for teaching and helping students grow—not just academically, but also in confidence and curiosity. With hands-on experience working with young learners, I specialize in making subjects like English, Math, and Science fun, clear, and exciting! My teaching style is creative, student-friendly, and fully customized. I use stories, visuals, games, and real-life examples to make lessons memorable. I believe in building a safe, happy space where every child feels encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and enjoy learning. As a tutor, I’m punctual, prepared, and patient. I adapt to every student’s learning style and provide regular feedback to help them progress with joy and confidence. Whether your child needs academic support, help catching up, or just a more engaging way to learn, I'm here to help with care and commitment. Let’s make learning a beautiful journey together!

About the lesson

My Tutoring Approach & Methodology
As a passionate B.Ed. graduate, I believe that every child learns differently—and that's where my teaching truly begins. My methodology blends activity-based learning, storytelling, and visual aids to make abstract concepts come alive. Whether it’s turning a grammar lesson into a fun game or teaching science through real-life experiments, I ensure that every session is interactive, joyful, and learner-centered.

A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session begins with a 5-minute warm-up activity (like a fun quiz or a short story), followed by a 20-30 minute concept explanation using visuals or real-life examples. We then do guided practice together, followed by an independent task or creative activity (drawing, acting out, short writing, etc.) to reinforce learning. Each lesson ends with reflection time—where the student shares what they learned and enjoyed.

What Sets Me Apart
What makes me different is my ability to connect emotionally with students, especially young learners. I use humor, empathy, and curiosity to create a safe space for them to ask questions and make mistakes. My background also includes tutoring diverse learners, helping shy or struggling students build confidence. I’m also tech-savvy—I use digital whiteboards, fun learning apps, and storytelling videos to support all kinds of learning styles.

Who Are My Lessons For?
I specialize in tutoring primary and middle school students (Grades 1–8) in subjects like English, Environmental Science, Math, and General Knowledge. I welcome students who are shy, need extra attention, or prefer creative ways of learning. Whether they’re preparing for exams or need regular support, I tailor each session to suit their pace and personality.
