About Mahshid

Hello My name is Mahshid. I'm a native Farsi(Persian) speaker, also fluent in English. I studied restoration of historical building at university and I live in the beautiful ancient city of Isfahan in Iran. I'm a friendly person and I like learning about different cultures.

I have been teaching English in Iran for 4 years so I know what it takes to be a good Language teacher. I believe learning a language should be like learning a set of skills, and not like studying a science. We can tailor the lessons to suit your individual needs. I am a people person so we can also have an intellectual and interesting chat, so you can learn Farsi in conversation while having fun.

I am not a “Conventional teacher”, I will give you the resources tailored to your needs, and guide you through the process. we will start with an assessment to figure out your level and needs, then make a practical schedule.

About the lesson

Conversational Persian (Farsi)

My conversational lessons are not just pure conversation, each session would have a unique method of its own, so to keep you motivated and learning. In this lesson, while you are improving your speaking skill, you will also enhance your listening, comprehension, vocabulary knowledge, and reading.

Intensive Persian (Farsi)

For my intensive teaching program, I use some sophisticated materials which include 3 books and a document that I have prepared myself. The aim is to help you either learn Farsi rapidly or gain in-depth knowledge of the Farsi language.

Persian (Farsi) for beginners

Most of my students are beginners. I offer structured lessons that follow a rule for my beginner students. I first start by teaching vowels, alphabets, and then grammar, vocabulary, reading, speaking, and conversation. I also assign homework to my students which would be so helpful because makes them practice more.
