As a certified swim instructor and lifeguard with over 3 years of experience teaching both large classes and private sessions, I tailor each lesson to suit the swimmer's individual level, goals, and confidence in the water. I’ve worked with all ages, from young children learning to float for the first time to adults refining advanced strokes.
My teaching style is calm, encouraging, and safety-focused. I break down each skill into small, manageable steps and make sure swimmers feel comfortable before moving on. A typical lesson starts with a warm-up and review of previous skills, followed by focused drills (like kicking technique or breathing control), and ends with games or activities to build endurance and confidence.
What sets me apart is my ability to create a supportive and positive learning environment. I believe swimming should be fun as well as empowering—and I love helping people overcome fear and grow strong in the water.
My lessons are great for:
