About Rawia
I am a passionate and experienced Mathematics tutor with more than 20 years of experience helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and problem-solving skills in mathematics. I have taught students from different backgrounds and levels, including secondary school students (Years 7–12), and I focus on making mathematics clear, practical, and enjoyable.
My teaching approach is based on patience, encouragement, and adapting lessons to each student's individual needs. I explain concepts step by step, identify areas of difficulty, and use different examples and techniques to help students develop strong mathematical thinking.
I also have experience supporting students with different learning needs, including students with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome, which has strengthened my ability to provide inclusive and personalized learning support.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better results but also to build their confidence and help them develop a positive attitude towards mathematics.

My teaching approach is student-centered and personalized. I begin by identifying each student's current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. I then design lessons that match their learning style, using clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving techniques, practical examples, and regular practice questions. My goal is not only to help students solve mathematical problems but also to understand the reasoning behind each solution so they can become independent learners.
My online lessons are interactive, engaging, and well structured. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive revision. At the end of each lesson, I provide interactive game for assessment, feedback, review key concepts, and recommend practice activities to reinforce learning.
I have over two decades of experience tutoring students from a variety of educational backgrounds. I have also worked with students with diverse learning needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome, which has strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching methods to meet individual learning requirements.
My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, and high school students, including those preparing for school assessments and examinations.
