About Thomas
Hi, my name is Tom. I am a newly qualified Maths teacher, and I am excited to offer 1-to-1 tutoring in GCSE Maths and I am looking for students who are struggling and those looking to be stretched and challenged. I have experience working as a tutor and in schools over the last 2 years and have produced consistently good outcomes.
I offer a 30-minute free session for all new students for them to get to know me and for me to get to know their needs. Beyond that, I offer 1 hour tailored sessions designed with the specific student in mind.

I prefer a more teacher-led approach during early knowledge acquisition with more freedom and discovery once the foundations of a topic are in place. I am happy to teach secondary students of any knowledge level and will be patient and informative regardless. My lessons can cover a topic from brand new or just be a brief refresher when approaching exam time.
