About Francis
Education is the glue that binds and defines our civilisation. Within this, education and knowledge is probably the individual's most important tool for building success and happiness in life.
As a 'trouble' pupil in my school days it has been my life's journey understanding the value of the education that I was given - which I have been able to build upon and create a rich, varied and happy life. My work now finds me giving back to society through helping to educate the next generation, especially those who are struggling or who have been dismissed as trouble.

My approach is a personal one. We will establish what needs to be learned and how best we can go about it depending on each student's needs and personality. With a very broad educational background I will usually swiftly find ways to communicate successfully, drawing on and linking with the students existing knowledge and experiences to create and consolidate powerful new knowledge in their mind's.
