About Robert
My name is Robert Fox and I am a lifelong learner! I have been teaching fitness at the YMCA for over 25 years. I was a school teacher for over 30 years. I have 4 YouTube channels. I have one website. I have been married for 57 years and my wife and I live in Cambridge Ontario Canada. I am a visual artist. I love plants and animals. I lived in the Amazon Jungle for a month. I visited the mountain gorillas in Rwanda. I have grown children and grandchildren who are also adults.
