About Léna
Léna Laprès is a French and Canadian actress based in London. She has a BA in Film Studies (Sorbonne University, Paris) and an MA in Theatre Lab (RADA, London). Since graduating from drama school she has worked on stage, in film and TV.
Credits include Osmosis (Netflix), Back to School (Netflix), The Wall (Tobacco Factory, Bristol), Thought Virus (Drayton Arms Theatre, London), Schlitter (OCS), and Theodosia - Series 2 (BBC).

There is no dictated path to “making it” in acting. Everyone’s journey is unique.
In our sessions, we will work on how to bring yourself into the work so it is personalised and original.
We will begin with a quick check-in to understand your needs. Be it a self-tape, an in-person audition, for stage or screen, or be it about insights into how the industry works, we will work on confidence, freedom and playfulness when approaching the script.
