About Leah
I began my academic career studying theatre in the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting program at the University of Windsor. During my time at Windsor, I picked up an additional major in Philosophy and a minor in English Literature. Having scored top tier grades I was accepted to do a masters at Concordia, one of the best institutions in the country to study continental style philosophy.
I defended my master thesis in the fall of 2022 and am currently taking a short break before starting a PHD to engage in artistic pursuits. I have three years experience working as a teacher’s assistant which included facilitating tutorials and working with university level student on a 1:1 basis. I also have professional experience working with high school and primary school aged children in a non-academic setting.

Come to me with a project you are working on. This might be a book or article you are working to comprehend, an essay you are working to write, a presentation you are preparing to give, or a resume/cover letter you'd like to have feedback on. We will take up the project together, try to have some fun with it, and you will come out of the session feeling more confident than ever. I charge $30 dollars an hour (although this rate is negotiable) and I work with individuals of all ages.
