About Matthew
I am a senior at my undergraduate university. I am studying Cell Biology and Neuroscience but have found a love for my math classes which is why I am choosing to tutor for it. I am pre-med and I was recently accepted to my main medical school where I will be attending after I graduate. I also work as an official tutor for my university where I teach in a classroom setting. I do one on ones but mainly I teach groups, sometimes up to 25 students at a time.

I typically begin with concepts. I like to go over the "what are we doing" and "why are we doing it" before jumping into the equations and arithmetic. Many students have found this approach extremely helpful, especially when it comes to questions they have never seen and concept questions.
For my typical lesson plan, I begin with concepts and then practice problems with my guidance.
