About Lillian

Hi! My name is Lillian, and I'm a recent Bachelor of Commerce graduate with a specialization in Management and HR. Throughout my studies, I developed a strong interest in Human Resources, organizational behavior, labor relations, and business strategy. I enjoy helping others understand concepts that may seem challenging at first and believe that everyone learns differently.

I'm patient, approachable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Whether you need help preparing for an exam, working through an assignment, or simply gaining confidence in a course, I'm here to support you. Having recently completed these courses myself, I know the challenges students face, and I'm passionate about helping you achieve your academic goals.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to help students build a strong understanding of HR and business concepts while connecting theory to real-world workplace situations. As a recent graduate stepping into the workplace, I understand both the academic and practical sides of HR.

I tailor each lesson to the student's individual needs, whether they are preparing for an exam, completing an assignment, or looking to better understand a specific topic. I explain concepts step by step, encourage questions, and use real-life examples to make complex material easier to understand and remember.

My lessons are best suited for college and university students studying Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Behaviour, Labour Relations, Compensation, or related courses. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and leave each session with a stronger understanding of the material and greater confidence in their abilities.

I've been in your shoes, and I know how overwhelming some courses and assignments can feel. My goal is to make learning less stressful, build your confidence, and help you succeed every step of the way.
