Recent Graduate in Bsc sports science (sports coaching) & Current trainee teacher (QTS)

I have wanted to work in education since I left school. Sports have always been a passion of mine.

I first graduated University in 2017 and decided to take some time out of studying and travelled to Australia & Asia for 13 months.

Once I came home I settled down got married and had a little boy.
Three months after having my little boy I decided to go back to University to finish off my studies so I can become a teacher.

I was heavily involved in Sports throughout my schooling years. In high school I was involved in a number of teams and built lifelong friendships as well as a love for the games.

My Physical Education teachers all had a big impact on my life as they were able to see past my struggles with some of the topics. To this day I don’t remember a whole lot about school, however I will always remember my Physical Education classes because this is where I started to develop the skills and knowledge I have today.

I want to be able to help others the way my teachers helped me and give something back to education.

If your like I was in high school and have a LOVE for sports but find some topics a little harder to grasp than others, then I can help you find your own pathway to success in lessons & exams.

About the lesson

Lessons will be filled with lots of visual aids and activity packs as I find this is one of the most effective ways to learn.

Homework will be set to make sure you’re on the right track with the lessons… but don’t worry I’ll make sure most of it is fun!

I’m a recent graduate specialising in Sports Science (Sports Coaching) with Sports Psychology as a specialist subject.

I have taught a handful of lessons through University and have over 2 years experience working on and off as a teaching assistant in between studies.
