About Eileen
I graduated from University of Waterloo this summer with a degree in Honours Recreation and Leisure Studies (AHS). With highlighted interests in program management and teaching, I demonstrated to strive in different working environments with dedication and a drive for excellence. I execute well-planned and prepared tutoring sessions according to each student's needs and interests with organization. SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) are discussed and co-created with students for achievements and later evaluations. I assess progress throughout tutoring sessions and provide feedbacks using positive reinforcement technique.
**I am also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate in Japanese. Lectures can also being taught in a bilingual manner for students who speak either of these languages and find it to be more understandable or helpful.
