About Valentina
For as long as I can remember, I've always had a deep passion and a natural talent for languages.
In addition to having attended a linguistic high school and having obtained a degree in Intercultural Communication, I have always personally worked to refine my language skills.
In particular, with regards to the Spanish language, I achieved the C1 level of the CEFR thanks to my high school and university studies, but mainly due to a year-long work experience carried out in Spain.
As to my didactic skills, in the past I've already had the chance to work as an English teacher in the context of some summer language courses for children aged 6 to 13.
Since I preserve it as a really nice experience, I'm now interested in giving other lessons.

My lessons address people of any age, both middle school or high school students who need language tutoring in order to improve their academic performance, and adults interested in acquiring or improving language skills.
My teaching method and the course of the lesson really depend on the type of student I'm dealing with.
If we are talking about lessons aimed at improving the oral expression, after a first preliminary meeting, I ask the student about the topics on which they would like to concentrate to enrich their vocabulary. I then propose conversations based on words that belong to the semantic field we agreed on.
In the case of grammar lessons the structure is similar. Taking into consideration the student's needs, I propose explanations and exercises on specific rules and topics.
I offer help in translation tasks as well.
