About Jason
I am a recent graduate from McMaster University with a double degree in Biochemistry and Math. I have experience as a clinical research assistant and constantly enjoyed helping others academically. I also completed 3 actuarial exams, along with many other math courses including (Calculus, Probability, Financial Math, Actuarial Math, Statistics). In my spare time, I enjoy watching Tv shows (Prison Break, The Walking Dead, The Office, Community) and roaming around town searching for good food. My teaching approach,
1. I will first understand the materials that you will be learning (i.e the course syllabus).
2. I will then create a teaching schedule according to your needs and time.
3. During class time, I will ask if you have any questions that you want me to go through with examples. If not, I will proceed in teaching by first explaining the concepts in detail, and show you how the concept is applied through examples.
4. By the end of the class, I will provide you with some problems, base on difficulty for you to try on your own. If you do have questions, you can reach me through social media, phone, or next class.
