About Zachary
Working as a civil engineer, I earned my Master's Degree last year. I have 4 years of experience teaching students from elementary school to college level in STEM subjects. I have gone through a "Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles", an intense cram school in France where I was able to do my full undergraduate studies in only 2 years. Even after recently moving to the US, I have continued to give classes to my students in France even to this day, as they have seen real improvements and were able to learn in a safe space. Being born French and American, I am also quite familiar with the STEM curriculum in the US.

I make teaching enjoyable by bringing out the best from every student and by showing how rewarding learning can be in STEM subjects in middle school and high school. I focus on knowledge gaps that may have accumulated throughout the years that have stuck and that accompany my students. I prepare my classes very thoroughly all the while building a space that eases the stress that often comes with school by adapting my classes to each student's personality and needs. I believe that trial and error is the best way of understanding any complex subject and I have done so in the classes that I have taught to great success even with students that had diagnosed ADHD.
