About Jemimah

My name is Jemimah, and I am a dedicated and experienced tutor with a strong academic background. I hold a Bachelor of Laws with Honors from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Certificate III in Applied Languages specializing in French. I also have completed my Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and am an admitted Solicitor in Queensland. Over the years, I have helped students from primary school to university level improve their skills, boost their confidence, and achieve excellent results. I take great pride in delivering professional and personalized tutoring sessions tailored to each student’s needs. My goal is to create a supportive and respectful learning environment where every student feels comfortable, motivated, and empowered to succeed. You can trust that I am committed to your learning journey and will provide the guidance, resources, and encouragement necessary to help you reach your academic goals.

About the lesson

I believe that learning is most effective when it is personalised, engaging, and supportive. My teaching style focuses on creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel confident to ask questions and explore new ideas.

I use a mix of teaching techniques tailored to each student’s unique learning style and goals. This includes clear explanations, practical examples, interactive discussions, and targeted practice exercises. I also provide useful study strategies and time management tips to help students build skills that go beyond the classroom.

Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but I am happy to adjust this depending on the student’s needs and schedule.

With a strong academic background holding a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT, a Certificate III in Applied Languages (French), and extensive tutoring experience, I bring both subject knowledge and real world skills to every session.

My lessons are designed for a wide range of learners including primary school students building foundational skills, high school students preparing for exams or improving their coursework, and law students seeking support with legal studies and academic writing.
