I focus on alignment and mind-body connection while teaching. I treat yoga as a holistic approach to wellness rather than just a fitness class. Strength, mobility, posture, presence, and intention are some of the key attributes of my classes. My cueing is clear and compassionate. I’m happy to chat and discuss specific goals and aspirations of your yoga practice.
