About Matt
Growing up and into my mid-twenties I played in bands, on sports teams, and skateboarded all the time. As an adult in my 30s, I don't have as much time anymore for even playing music. These sessions are a way for me to connect with others through music while working in a home space.

I take my time focusing on your muscles and needs quietly or with music playing that I will curate to you personally. Think of it as a personal playlist. Coconut oil is used as massage oil and coffee is made every session. I will take you to never land you will drift off into lala land.
