About Saba

It is the best feeling for me when I see my students succeed! My teaching methods are based on the RCM requirements and for new students, I start with the Suzuki method. I will help you prepare for any upcoming music theory exam or if you just want to learn music for fun, that is great! I do my best to ensure that students are having fun while developing fully as musicians.

  • When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

I fell in love with the violin at age 7, and it felt like the first space where I could express myself fully without needing the right words. Music gave me confidence, community, and a sense of purpose. Over the years, studying violin and viola allowed me to explore who I am, connect with others, and understand discipline in a meaningful and joyful way. Teaching now lets me share that same spark with my own students.
  • What makes you passionate about your subject?

The violin is endlessly expressive. It mirrors emotion in a way that feels almost human with its warm, vibrant, and lively vibes! What I love most is how differently every student connects to the instrument. Helping them discover their sound, their musical voice, and their unique relationship with music is deeply fulfilling. Seeing students grow, gain confidence, and enjoy the process keeps me passionate to teach every single day.
  • What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a “Superprof”?

I genuinely care about my students. I meet them where they are, celebrate their small wins, and create a warm, encouraging environment. I adapt my teaching style to their needs, whether they’re beginners learning their first notes or advanced players preparing for performances. I think what makes me a “Superprof” is my ability to bring patience, positivity, and genuine enthusiasm into every lesson.
  • Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

Yes, several wonderful teachers shaped me, but one in particular taught me the value of warmth and encouragement in learning. My private violin teacher showed me that a great teacher doesn’t just correct technique, they make you feel capable, supported, and excited. Their approach taught me how powerful kindness is in education, and I carry that philosophy into all of my lessons.
  • What are your keys to success?

For me, success comes from consistency, curiosity, and compassion. I always remind my students (and myself!) that progress in music comes from showing up, staying open, and being gentle with yourself. I encourage students to ask questions, explore their musical identity, and enjoy the process rather than striving for perfection. When learning feels safe and inspiring, success naturally follows.
