About Heaven
Having studied Law at the University of Leeds, I have been working as a private tutor (with a focus on maths, English, non-verbal and verbal reasoning at 11+) for a few years now. During this time, I have helped my students obtain entrance to grammar schools like Townley Grammar and Newstead Wood School and attain scholarships and bursaries at such institutions as Colfe’s School, St Dunstan’s, James Allen’s Girls School, Alleyn’s School and others. With a focus on readying my students for the toughest exams, I always look to determine where my students can use the most assistance, whilst also ensuring that they improve on skills they already possess. I work hand-in-hand with parents to see to it that they and their children feel comfortable approaching me before, during and after lessons with questions about their studies, what will be required in the exams themselves and I also recently completed my LPC and Master's degree in Law and Business and obtained a Distinction in both. As such, I am also looking to tutor any students who are studying for the LPC. I just completed the process with several students for the 2021-2022 academic year. I also have a few younger students who are currently focused on their KS2 education, though we are also ultimately preparing for the 11+. I am also tutoring a couple of GCSE students who will be taking their exams in June 2023. I have the following slots currently available: - Most morning slots - 4-6 pm or 5-7pm on Tuesday. - 5-7pm on Saturday. University : - University of Leeds - Law [2:1] - LPC and Master's in Law and Business at the University of Law.
