Hello!
I’m a Certified Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant with over 9.5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience working on CRM customization, automation, integrations, application development, and Experience Cloud solutions.
Throughout my career, I’ve primarily worked with US-based healthcare clients and am currently working with a manufacturing client in Canada. I also have hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud projects, including solutions for external users, partners, customers, suppliers, and other business stakeholders.
I bring this real-world project experience directly into my lessons, helping you understand not only how Salesforce works, but also why solutions are designed in a particular way and how Salesforce is used in actual enterprise projects.
