About Jonathan

I'm 25 years old, and I've been playing gigs across the UK and abroad for the last 5 or so years. I've loved learning from some of the best saxophonists in the UK, and from my experience, the best way to learn for me is by enjoying what to play.
By having teachers who have been able to find the perfect balance between giving me enjoyable, fun excersizes to integrate into my playing, as well as clear insight into the theory required to fully understand what is given to me, I have been able to assert that style into my own lessons.
Be it a long term goal to aim for, or fun excersizes to help your playing day to day, I will provide enjoyable, challenging lessons to push you to where you want to be.

About the lesson

Enjoying what you practice and learning efficiently are the main principles of my tutoring. As I have found in my own experience, motivating myself to practice is much harder if I am not enjoying the process.
I aim to provide flexible, fun and personal saxophone lessons that cater to your specific goals.
My lesson plans will cover all bases; if you are looking to work towards getting your next grade, a new beginner who would like to learn the basics, or if you just want to have fun learning something new, I will help you reach your goals!
