Our classes are divided into 4 sections.
- Physical warm-up: It is extremely important to know your body, its abilities and have the stamina to be 100 with yourself and in the same sport.
- Training Practical: Different ancient techniques will be shown using historical manuals for learning, control, technique of handling the sword, saber, spear or other historical weapons.
- Group training: Different ancient formations, teamwork and other tasks will be taught important that were carried before, from Roman formations, Vikings among others.
- Sparrings: At the end of the class there will be sparrings / combats, these will only be allowed with adequate protection and will put the techniques learned during the day to the test. [N ]
