About Beverly
Playing guitar should not feel like a chore. You do not need expensive gear to sound great. I start every new student with a diagnostic skills check to build the lesson plan from where you are today. We will look at tuning and maintenance alongside strumming patterns for teens or hobbyists.
Rhythm guitar is the backbone of everything I do. Improvisation and soloing come next. We will get your hands moving correctly. Just bring your guitar.

The smell of worn wood from my guitar case takes me back to my start as a self-taught musician in Montreal. Over the last 5 years, I have navigated the local chanson circuit and refined my acoustic and electric technique. My degree is simply the 13 years of gigging that taught me how to hold a rhythm and keep a room moving. I have worked with 446 students to develop their playing style through solid practice.
I enjoy the process of turning a stiff hand into a fluid player. Let us make some music together.
