About Mikayla
After completing high school successfully with strong grades, I am completing my second year of undergraduate university. After going from Forensic Science, to Biochemistry, then finally to Biology as my majors, I am very versatile in math, chemistry, and biology. Growing up, I have always taken note of the effort my past teachers put in, and as a tutor I plan on putting on full effort and attention into each lesson. I hope to teach kids how to enjoy learning rather than thinking of it as a chore, and get them prepared for the future!

Learning isn't just about trying to solve a problem or memorizing notes; it is about finding a way to enjoy doing it and make you want to learn! My lesson plans would always try to include a fun exercise to allow the student to truly engage their skills! For any elementary students, I would excel at teaching math and science, and I am also open to specific subject requests for high school students.
