About Nabid
I am a double degree student in business and mathematics at Wilfrid Laurier University currently in my second year. I'm looking to tutor school-level (grades 1-12) in mathematics anywhere in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. I have experience in teaching kids of age groups varying from Kindergarten to grade 9/10, and a strong background in academic merit as I studied in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program in high school, maintaining honour roll, and continue to average above 80 in my mathematics in university.

I aim to explain mathematical concepts to students in ways that make it easier to understand for students of all levels of academic ability. By ensuring that students understand the logic behind math rather than just the process, it increases the students chances of being able to think critically and answer more difficult questions by applying the logic they learned. Speaking from experience, I know picking up math concepts doesn't come easy, and I'm willing to spend extra time with students so they may fully comprehend what they're being taught, however long or however many different approaches it may take.
