I like to start by assessing where students are at. Then use that along with topics that they say they are struggling with, to build lessons focussed on understanding and answering questions. I encourage students to bring any questions they have from homework etc. and we can work through it together.
I believe that no question is silly and that the more you ask the more you learn so I like to encourage as many questions as possible.
I also know how much confidence plays a part in exams and I will happily talk you through preparing for exams and general advice around them to make sure you're ready to do as well as you should.
1 hour is a typical length of a lesson but that can be varied by request.
