About Mahan

I am a university lecturer specializing in personal development and human growth, with over ten years of international professional experience. I have delivered courses on self-confidence and effective communication in the United States, California, and Canada. I have also worked as a university researcher in Canada, focusing on improving students’ academic performance and personal growth within academic environments. In addition, I serve as a supervisor for undergraduate students in Psychology and Humanities. After completing formal training in pedagogy and curriculum development, I have been actively involved in Canada in course development and the design of workshops on life skills, anxiety management, self-confidence, and developmental psychology.
