"Music feels much better when your fingers stop aching and the rhythm flows naturally. You will start by balancing your grip on the neck to find the perfect tension for those tricky transitions. We focus on reading tabs correctly so you can play your favorite tracks without guessing.
My 7 years of teaching helps me identify exactly where your strumming is lagging. We work on acoustic technique and power chords to make your sound fuller.
Songwriting becomes accessible once we map out the basic theory. Maintenance is a huge part of being a musician. I will show you how to keep your guitar in top condition. Are you ready to play?"

"Chords ringing out in a quiet room often remind me why I started this path 7 years ago. Being a self-taught native Québécois musician means I learned to play by feel before I ever looked at a chart. I teach intermediate learners, teens, and adults how to navigate power chords and acoustic technique with precision. My background gigging the chanson circuit for 13 years shaped how I explain strumming patterns and chord transitions.
You will learn to read tabs and sheet music while mastering tuning and maintenance for your instrument. I bring a sense of humor to the process while keeping the technical side organized.
My goal is to get you comfortable with the fretboard. Songwriting is at the heart of what I do. You will find my approach grounded in the reality of live performance."
