About Kris
I have been a musician and a guitarist since the age of ten. I have spent countless hours playing and practicing the instrument because it is something that I absolutely love to do. I also love to teach; music is a beautiful thing and I find it very rewarding to show others how to create it. I have a diploma from Selkirk College in contemporary music and technology. While at Selkirk I learned about the fundamentals of music, such as theory, composition, sightreading and so on.

There are many fundamental aspects of guitar that I teach such as reading tablature, playing scales and chords, and performing repertoire. I am primarily looking to teach beginner and intermediate students.
