About Mazin

I am a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator with 20 years of professional experience, working with SQL Server since 2006. I have extensive hands-on experience supporting enterprise and business-critical production database environments.
My professional experience includes SQL Server administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, security, high availability, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting real production incidents.
Over the years, I have worked with large SQL Server environments and complex production issues, giving me practical experience that goes far beyond textbook knowledge.
I enjoy sharing this real-world experience with students, IT professionals, developers, and junior DBAs who want to build strong SQL Server skills or advance their DBA careers.
You don't need to take a complete SQL Server course. If you need help with a specific topic or problem, you can book an individual session for SQL Server troubleshooting, performance tuning, DBA mentoring, interview preparation, backup and recovery, Always On Availability Groups, security, or other SQL Server topics.
My teaching style is practical, structured, and easy to follow. My goal is to help students understand not only how SQL Server works, but also how experienced DBAs investigate problems, make decisions, and troubleshoot SQL Server in real production environments.

Every student has different goals, so I tailor my lessons to your experience, current challenges, and objectives. You do not need to commit to a complete course — you can book focused sessions for a specific SQL Server topic or follow a structured learning path.

Book a focused 1–2 hour session for SQL Server troubleshooting, performance tuning, blocking, deadlocks, backup and recovery, Always On Availability Groups, security, query performance, or another SQL Server topic. We will focus directly on the area where you need help.
