I have years of experience performing and teaching guitar across genres, guiding students to find their own musical path. My guitar lessons focus on combining technical mastery with creative exploration. Every class is tailored to the student’s goals and learning style, balancing exercises, chord work, and song study with opportunities for improvisation and personal musical expression. I emphasize not just playing notes, but understanding how music works as a language for communication and emotion.
Beginners start with foundational skills like chord placement, strumming patterns, and basic melodies to establish coordination and confidence. Intermediate learners refine fingerstyle, picking techniques, and phrasing, while advanced students explore complex arrangements, improvisation, tone shaping, and live performance preparation. Lessons also integrate music theory and ear training to deepen musicianship.
Beyond technical skill, I encourage students to connect emotionally with their instrument. Each lesson fosters artistic identity, helping learners develop a distinctive musical voice while gaining confidence in both practice and performance.
