About Arcadia
I have consistent experience in the fitness world as both a physical and nutritional coach. My primary sports being soccer, track and field, and mma combat. In regards to soccer, I started playing in House Leagues and from there I was recruited to Metro Leagues. From there I continue to play and also coach. These experiences combined have provided a plethora of knowledge to pass on to students ( at any age ) to help improve their personal confidence and discipline, and also become a better player on the field.

I teach one on one, or I teach with two more or more students. It is a structured, fun and a disciplinary approach that is tailored to students on their skill level. It includes secrets of the trade that requires certain warm ups, soccer trick games, drills,...and more! I then follow up with the student to see how we can continually improve our approach and become better.

Details
The lessons do not take place in a home. They take place on a soccer field that is easily accessible by skytrain or public transit. There are discounted rates if multiple people join, bring a friend:)
