I’d take online yoga classes from Allie all day long! She has developed her practice consistently over the years and is very passionate about what she does. Soft spoken and so sweet. She’s the perfect type of instructor.
Allie is a thoughtful and calming teacher. She is clear in her instructions, and her soft voice creates an atmosphere of gentle guidance and relaxation. Allie's background in gymnastics facilitates her abilities in teaching the more demanding poses but she is also capable of modifying postures to each student's individual needs. I would recommend Allie's yoga classes and tutoring!

Allie is a colleague of mine. She's patient, a good listener and has motivated me into pursuing health and fitness. She loves yoga and I have taken a class that she instructed. She sees the positive in everyone and is a motivated trainer.
