As a trainer for the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies and in house trainer to facilitate a “Work Smarter Not Harder” workshop, I prefer to use an approach that is both flexible, yet task oriented. I believe that the use of varied examples to understand a concept or theory enhances the learning experience.
