My teaching methods are to empower students to use the skills and techniques that they have previously developed to further advance their own understanding of the social and cultural worlds. I believe that students have the answers and information inside of them and through the right training can become higher achievers
I completed my MA in sociology at the University of Toronto in 2019. My research investigated the challenges that the homeless population face when attempting to be housed through the public housing services. I became interested in this research after working directly with the homeless population for over 7 years. As well, I have taught English to students all across the world in Guatemala and India.
