About Adarsh
Hi! I'm Adarsh, a Software Engineering student at RMIT. I've always enjoyed solving maths problems and, even more, helping others understand them. Somewhere along the way, I became the friend everyone called before a maths exam for a last-minute explanation.
Experience? Well, I've helped my friends pass semester exams after teaching them just a day before the exam. While I definitely don't recommend leaving revision until the last minute, it taught me that the right explanation can make even the toughest topics click.
I'm patient, approachable, and I believe there's no such thing as a "stupid question." Whether you're struggling with the basics, preparing for an important exam, or aiming for higher grades, I'll adapt my teaching style to suit your pace and learning style.
My goal is simple: to help students replace "I don't get it" with "Why didn't anyone explain it like this before?"

Most students think maths is boring and honestly, it can be, if it's taught the wrong way. Not long ago, I was a high school student myself, so I understand the frustration of staring at a page full of equations and wondering, "When will I ever use this?" The difference isn't the subject; it's the way it's explained.
My goal is to make maths simple, practical, and even enjoyable. Instead of asking you to memorize formulas, I'll help you understand why they work, making it much easier to solve unfamiliar questions with confidence. Every lesson is tailored to your learning style, and no question is ever too basic.
If I had to describe my tutoring experience, I'd say I've been the unofficial "24-hour emergency maths tutor" for my friends. Somehow, teaching them the day before semester exams has helped quite a few of them pass! Thankfully, with more than a day's notice, the results are even better.
I use logical thinking and real-life examples to explain concepts in a way that's easy to remember. Whether you're preparing for exams, trying to improve your grades, or just want to build confidence in maths, I'll help you develop the problem-solving skills that matter.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and include concept explanations, worked examples, guided practice, and exam tips to help you improve accuracy and speed. My classes are suitable for primary and secondary school students at all skill levels
