About Luz

I teach Spanish and English through a ludic methodology, an approach that uses games, creative dynamics, and interactive activities so students learn the language in a natural and motivating way.

How I Teach?
- Each class includes playful activities with a clear purpose:
- Role-play and real-life situations
- Songs, movement, and body expression
- Card games, memory games, bingo, and more

- Makes learning more enjoyable and meaningful

About the lesson

Hello! My name is Luz, and I offer fun, effective and engaging lessons that empower students to communicate in Spanish and in English in a comfortable and natural way.

Originally from Colombia, I now reside in the United States. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and specialize in teaching Spanish and English as a Second Language through the Ludic Methodology where students learn through fun and interactive activities.

I bring 16 years of experience teaching in both traditional classrooms and online settings, working with diverse learners from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

My teaching approach is centered on each student’s needs, abilities, and interests, ensuring that learning is meaningful and enjoyable.

I’ve welcomed new students year after year and watched them grow into confident Spanish and English speakers. Seeing their progress is what continues to fuel my passion for teaching.
