Facilitator of the National Public Procurement System imparting knowledge to state suppliers (currently the supplier base amounts to 70,000) and public servants of all hierarchies (Ministers, Vice-Ministers, Directors, Technical Experts, among others). Currently in the training team we have trained more than 15,000 people. Public institutions and government agencies of the Dominican Republic use the platform of Law 340-06 on Purchases and Public Procurement for all its operation and operation. With this I want to say that the whole process of lifting technical and economic requirements, planning, call, legal deadlines, evaluation according to the criteria of evaluation and conditions, award or selection of the supplier, improvement and management of the contract and, finally, the payment It is my humble full knowledge. I currently live in the Dominican Republic with my wife and two children of 3 years old and 1 year old and I am planning, with the obtaining of a job offer, since I do the process of applying for a work permit and subsequent permanent residence by express entry. With the approval of the work permit, I would be available to go and establish myself in Canada in a period of 1 to 3 months.
